Lead Your Team From a Fixed to Growth Mindset
Leveraging Neuromanagement to Thrive

Our brain has a basic set up combined of a fixed and a growth mindset. The fixed mindset represents a barrier to our actions; a growth mindset is a bridge to move forward and progress. At this exclusive session lead by Dr. Carlos Davidovich – a recognized international thought leader on coaching and neuroscience – Carlos will explain how leaders can identify each mindset, and use that knowledge to move their teams from a state of stagnation to a state of growth.

Learning Objectives:

The session will be delivered in a dynamic and participative way, using real-life examples and concrete participant situations.

Understand the importance of the right mindset to achieve our goals.
Learn how to recognize the drivers for a fixed or a growth mindset.
Learn the ways to induce a growth mindset in ourselves and in our team.

So how do leaders manage this type of complexity and thrive? The answer can be found in the study of Neuromanagement – an innovative approach to leadership and talent development that synchronizes the science of the brain with leadership behaviours.

Session Highlights:

The four stages toward a resilience state of mind.
