Neuro-Leadership is a new field of study. With the advancement in medical imaging technology, Neuroscientists are able to examine the brain and what happens when humans are placed in stressful environments. With our fast-paced world of work and 7/24 expectations this has led to some break-through thinking on how leaders can manage stress and produce optimal results.

Sara Thompson is a masterful listener. She hears peoples’ spoken and unspoken messages in a way that helps leaders embrace their strengths and deal productively with their blind spots.

Sara’s passion is leadership development. She has a firm belief that when people harness their strengths and lead from a position of excellence and authenticity, they can have a profound impact on others both personally and professionally. As a two-time winner of the Prism Award for leadership excellence in two large organizations, she has contributed to qualitative and quantitative results achieved through coaching and leadership development workshops.

Sara has worked with CDC Coaching as an Executive Coach since 2006 and is also the master trainer for all CDC coaches across Canada.
