Founded in the late 1970’s, originally created as Baker, Harris & Partners, the firm broadened into an international footprint as the Canadian division of A.T. Kearney Executive Search, subsequently EWK International and now under the name Optimum Talent Executive Search.

Our approach to search starts with a detailed understanding of the role and how it fits with the clients’ needs, focusing on core competencies to define key success factors in the organization and use those to refine the criteria required to be successful in the role.

We take the time to engage with key stakeholders to develop a 360° view of the assignment. In working closely with clients to fully develop the role and its impact on the organization we then can move to quickly identifying candidates who have both the leadership and technical qualifications to be successful in the near and long term.
