Founded in 1997, our CDC Coaching division is dedicated exclusively to coaching leaders with the goal of optimizing their effectiveness within their organization. Since inception, we have undertaken over one thousand assignments across various sectors including financial services, insurance, consumer products, distribution, energy and resources, technology, printing and publishing, mining, transportation, consulting, industry associations, health services and government.

Our coaches are all former executives, trained in our methodology and approach and participate in monthly professional development, peer supervision and mentoring ensuring strong quality control and continuous improvement.

Integration Coaching is a structured and systematic leadership program that is adapted to the role and circumstances in order to optimize a new leader’s effectiveness
