Lynn has over 15 years’ experience in the career transition industry, with a focus on business development, relationship management, and client services.  She has supported numerous organizations in effectively planning, managing and implementing restructuring initiatives.  Lynn has provided coaching and training to client organizations through all phases of a project, including a large-scale national initiative, impacting more than 1,000 employees.  Lynn began her career in the outplacement industry with Murray Axmith, and played a key role in supporting the national network of offices.  As Vice President, Business Development, Lynn complements our team of seasoned professionals and brings a dedicated focus to business development and account management.  Lynn holds a BA in Commercial & Administrative Studies, University of Western Ontario.

Normand has over 38 years of banking and consulting experience in both Line Banking and various staff functions. His last position at BMO before joining Optimum Talent was as Head of Employee Relations and had the dual challenge of protecting the legal and legislative rights of both employees and the Bank across North America and abroad. He is a certified ADR Mediator and Labour Arbitrator and a professionally trained executive coach. He also has extensive experience in commercial and personal lending, staffing, training and compensation. He played a leading role for over 20 years at the Canadian Bankers Association by representing the banking industry and all federally regulated employers at numerous parliamentary and senatorial committee hearings and at the United Nations’ International Labour Organization in Geneva where he acts or has acted as the Canadian employer spokesperson, Delegation Head and Employer Chair for all 180 member-states. Normand is Chair of the Canadian Employers Council and Member of the Advisory Board to the Canadian Minister of Labour and also sits on various “not for profit” Boards.

Rose has 18 years’ experience in career management and 14 years’ corporate experience at Maple Leaf Mills and Household Finance. As Director, Client Services Rose works with management teams in the development of strategy, planning and implementation of national downsizing and reorganization initiatives. Rose has worked one-on-one with professionals, directors and senior managers to reach purposeful outcomes. She is an experienced trainer and facilitator and conducts a variety of workshops both off-site for client organizations and in-house at Optimum Talent. She is qualified to administer the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and MBTI Step II and the Strong Interest Inventory. Rose has her Certificate in Psychology from Ryerson University as well as her Adult Learning & Training Certificate from George Brown. She is a member of OSTD, OAPT and ACPI.

Bill has an extensive background in the Property and Casualty Insurance Industry including over 20 years in various marketing positions with the General Accident Insurance Company. In his role as Marketing Manager Bill focused on directing organizational sales initiatives while forging profitable relationships within a diverse brokerage base. For the past 8 years, Bill has focussed his expertise on the career transition sector as Vice President Business Development. He brings a broad base of knowledge in developing client relationships and planning and management of organizational initiatives.

Ginette brings to Optimum Talent her expertise in designing and achieving strategic business plans and developing international markets. Throughout her career, Ginette has been recognized for her excellent managerial skills and her exceptional leadership qualities. She has worked mainly in manufacturing companies such as Sico, Lauzon Distinctive Hardwood Flooring and Uniboard. Ginette holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a major in marketing from the Université du Québec à Hull. She upgraded her management skills through seminars at McGill University in Montreal and York University in Toronto. Ginette is President of the Réseau Marketing du Cercle des Présidents du Québec. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Fondation CSSS Jeanne-Mance.

Marie-Claude brings to Optimum Talent a vast experience in customer service, process improvement, project delivery and sales. She is known for her excellent interpersonal skills, communication abilities, rigour and professionalism. Over the last ten years, Marie-Claude has held positions in business development, in recruitment, and in project coordination. She has worked within organizations in various sectors of industry: executive search, placement of personnel, engineering, information technology, retail and entertainment. Marie-Claude holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from l’Université du Québec à Montréal and a diploma in recruitment and selection of human resources from l’École des Hautes Études Commerciales.

Mario has over 30 years of experience in management and human resources. Over the course of his career, he has developed and put into practice his strong sense of organisation and his capacity to establish and maintain excellent interpersonal relations. He is preoccupied by the well-being of others and demonstrates this by constantly helping and supporting upper management as well as employees. Mario began his career in the public service sector in Québec where he worked approximately 15 years as director of human resources and general manager of Administration. Afterwards, he held positions as director of human resources in different companies from the private sector where he was called upon to manage recruitment, work organization, training, working conditions, work relations, counselling and employee support as well as offer advice and support to presidents, directors and supervisors. He has also worked as senior consultant for large consulting firms and executed numerous mandates in administrative organisation, human resources, plant start-up and organizational development. He then worked a few years freelance as consultant in human resources management where he made interventions in organizational diagnostic, salary structure and performance assessment. Finally, he held the position of acting director of human resources in a few companies. Mario holds a second cycle University degree in Orientation. He is member of l’Ordre des psychologies du Québec and l’Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines et en relations industrielles du Québec.

With her diversified experience developed namely in the private sector, Diane contributes her solid experience in management, administration and customer service to better serve our firm and its clients. Diane joined our team in January of 1997, and was responsible for logistics, administration, and client services. She played an active part in developing activities for the Quebec office. Diane is also involved in business development, individual consulting, on-site support and workshop facilitating. Diane is recognized for her listening abilities and availability to attend customers in their training and job search in various sectors. Diane holds a Bachelor in Social Science from Université Laval and is a member of the Association des diplômés de l’ Université Laval. She is also member of the Chambre de commerce de Québec.
