Mario has over 30 years of experience in management and human resources. Over the course of his career, he has developed and put into practice his strong sense of organisation and his capacity to establish and maintain excellent interpersonal relations. He is preoccupied by the well-being of others and demonstrates this by constantly helping and supporting upper management as well as employees. Mario began his career in the public service sector in Québec where he worked approximately 15 years as director of human resources and general manager of Administration. Afterwards, he held positions as director of human resources in different companies from the private sector where he was called upon to manage recruitment, work organization, training, working conditions, work relations, counselling and employee support as well as offer advice and support to presidents, directors and supervisors. He has also worked as senior consultant for large consulting firms and executed numerous mandates in administrative organisation, human resources, plant start-up and organizational development. He then worked a few years freelance as consultant in human resources management where he made interventions in organizational diagnostic, salary structure and performance assessment. Finally, he held the position of acting director of human resources in a few companies. Mario holds a second cycle University degree in Orientation. He is member of l’Ordre des psychologies du Québec and l’Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines et en relations industrielles du Québec.
